1. Shipping Partners We ship all orders through our trusted logistics partners:

These partners ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.
2. Order Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Urgent / Express Orders
- For urgent orders, advance payment is required before dispatch.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prioritized and dispatched at the earliest.
- Estimated delivery for urgent orders: 4 to 6 business days.
- Additional charges may apply for express shipping.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order directly on the BlueDart or Delhivery website using the tracking number provided.
6. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
7. Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of significant delays, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
- For lost packages, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf.
